ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Originally built as a barn in the 1760s, CS Coach House is tucked away along a stream with a seasonal waterfall on a private property spanning eight landscaped and wooded acres. There are three guest rooms - Woodland, Streamside and Waterview. Each has its own deck or balcony to enjoy the water and wooded views with plenty of space to unplug and unwind.

We are located upstate in the beautiful Hudson Valley between the Catskill and Shawangunk Mountains. We are minutes away from the charming towns and hamlets of High Falls, Rosendale, Stoneridge, Accord, & Mohonk Mountain. Spend your time here exploring local trails, parks and reserves, tasting rooms, farms, orchards, restaurants, and shops.

ABOUT THE OWNERS
A Girl From LA and A Boy From Philly happened to intersect in NYC at the right place and time during a chilly winter in 2017. Cat and Mike fell in love, moved into a tiny studio and eventually adopted a scruffy dog named Marlow. Fast forward to Fall 2022, they moved to High Falls, NY on a whim to become the new caretakers of the historic CS Coach House. Cat, Mike and Marlow live and work full-time on the property and can be seen exploring the town or hiking a trail.
